The Sundried Tomato Cafe (San Juan Capistrano) Remodel project was the interior and exterior remodel of an existing commercial restaurant. There were two primary objectives that the owner needed to achieve:
1) Create a two-story tall interior space at the bar to alleviate the existing low headroom and provide more natural light from above.
2) Redesign adjacent exterior stairs to free up additional plaza dining space.
This project was performed as a joint venture with Sean Nealy, Architect.
